face 6

This blog is going to become my art blog. so everyday I want to post a new photo of a peice that I’ve created. This piece is one of the most recent paintings in my faces series. I used black conte to create a gestural drawing of the subjects. Then I thin down oil paints to add the color and value. If you have any questions about my work or are interested in purchasing, leave me a comment.

Alex, I’m so glad Sarah called and told me about your website…your drawings and paintings are so good! They are so alive! Really! You are very talented for sure! What are you going to do with all this talent? Don’t let life make you put it aside and forget about it, Alex! Always do something with it…something creative…it’s how we stay alive and in touch with ourselves! Can’t wait to see more of your stuff…and YOU, too! Ma Mentz

Thanks for letting me know about this through your marketing plan.

I hope you become a world-famous artist. Faces are very hard, I understand. This has great potential.
